MINI Richmond is looking for an enthusiastic Business Manager to join their team! Reporting to our Sales Manager, the Business Manager will focus on executing customer vehicle deliveries and presenting value-added products/services to our MINI customers while providing premium service in line with our mission to build customer relationships for life.


What do we expect from our Business Manager?
• Presenting value added products and services to MINI customers.
• Preparing and executing customer vehicle deliveries including reviewing all contracts with customers.
• Handling credit applications with customers / credits lenders.
• Updating customer information for the Business Office.
• Handling end of lease returns and buyouts.
• Maintaining delivery files as needed.
• Assisting in coordinating sales activities with the Sales Department as required.
• Liaising with customers throughout the delivery process.
• Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Previous dealership experience in a similar Business Office position is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Professional, self-motivated individual who has a passion for helping customers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, luxury customer-focused environment.
• Proven track record of retail sales abilities.
• Proactive business development, sales, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated passion to represent the unique and fun MINI brand.
• Proven ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Previous One-Eighty (180), CRM, or Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in a second language is an asset.
• Ability to successfully obtain a VSA license.
